Color is a large part of the menu, with toners and glazes, root color, partial and full highlights, balayage, and a creative transformation service that is charged by the hour. Cuts cover men's and women's haircuts, express cuts and curly cuts. Smoothing and keratin treatments round out the list, and some hair services bundle highlights or balayage with a cut and blow dry.

A curly cut and style is booked after a curly consultation on a separate day, so the hair can be assessed first. Hair should be detangled before the cut, or a detangling fee may be added. Express curly cuts without styling are offered to returning clients only.

Booking is done online through the studio's website, and a contact number and email must be on file. Cancellations need to be made within a 24-hour window, and missed cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. A waiting list is available for last-minute openings. Parking is around the corner with two hours free, and on weekends free parking is available at the metro parking facility.
