Kinks & Co. was founded by owner and visionary Micheala Walker, who brings more than ten years of leadership experience in senior living. The salon was built with the aim of creating a space where people enjoy spending their time.

The building offers stations and private suites for beauty professionals, with shared amenities for everyone who works there. These include a shampoo lounge, a client lounge, complimentary coffee, a refreshment bar, high-speed Wi-Fi, a device charging station and portable laptop stands. Clients have access to parking, elevator and stair access, and signature capes. Beauty supply retailers are located nearby.

The venue is open Monday through Saturday, from 6am to 10pm. Sundays are kept for professional cleaning and salon maintenance, but approved professional rentals can be booked that day for beauty education and certification classes, professional branding and photoshoots, content creation, beauty workshops and live demonstrations, and networking or industry events. A referral incentive is offered when a referred beauty professional secures a station or suite; current details are available on request.
