The salon serves women, men and everyone else alike, without separate women's or men's sections. Its clientele includes creatives, entrepreneurs and people building their own businesses. The salon says its stylists are technically trained and creative.

Services fall into five groups: color, extensions, haircuts, hair treatments and styling. Stylists are placed at a level from Protégé, the entry point, through Levels 1 to 5 and Master, and prices follow that level, though the salon says the standard of care is the same at every level. Color pricing depends on the hair, the result wanted, and the time and product needed, and every color service includes a blowout or haircut for finishing.

Booking requires a credit card on file. One reschedule is allowed at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made 48 hours or more ahead are not charged, while changes or cancellations inside that window, and missed appointments without notice, are charged half the scheduled service value. Online bookings and processing fees are non-refundable. Changes must be requested by phone during business hours or by voicemail, since emails and social media messages are not confirmed unless acknowledged. The salon is open 9 AM to 8 PM every day.
