The head spa menu runs from a shorter scalp cleanse to longer packages. Take Rest and Relax and Reset include a deep cleansing wash, scalp massage, steam conditioning and a steamed eye mask, with Relax and Reset also adding a glow facial. The Luxury Day Off package is the longest option and adds an upper body massage and facial extraction, followed by a professional blow dry and two cornrow braids. Head spa add-ons, such as length and density work, trims, curl definition, finger coils, silk press and two-strand twists, can be booked alongside one of these services and cannot be booked alone.

Styling services cover protective and everyday looks, including flat twist and go, braid down, wash and curl define, finger coils, silk press and style, and clip-in installs. The braid down is a flat base suited to wig installs, sew-ins and crochet. The clip-in install requires two to three bundles of 100% human hair extensions for the best result.

The salon asks clients to arrive with their hair fully detangled, and it requires a $35 deposit to hold each appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless the salon decides otherwise, though they can move to a later appointment when a change is requested more than 24 hours ahead. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, after which fees apply and a long delay can mean rescheduling. Clients are asked to share relevant health, scalp, allergy and medication details before treatment.
