Beyond permanent makeup, the studio offers facials with massage and masks, a dermaplaning facial, brow shaping, lash lifts and tints, and facial waxing. A complimentary consultation of about 20 minutes is available for people with previous permanent makeup, brow correction questions, or questions before booking. The studio is closed Monday and Tuesday, open Wednesday to Friday evenings, and keeps weekend hours on Saturday and Sunday.

The studio's stated goal is a warm, welcoming experience where each client feels cared for and confident. Brow mapping, shaping and lash-line designs are personalized to each client.
