Every appointment begins with a consultation, and there is time built in to talk through your routine before any service starts. Stylists explain how to understand and maintain your hair between visits. Bigger changes can be given a longer consultation session. Pricing is hourly and does not depend on gender, with each stylist's rate listed on their own page, and no gratuity, upsells or surprise add-ons. Coffee, sparkling water or wine is offered during appointments.
The menu covers haircuts and styling, including gender-affirming haircuts, curly cuts, shags, clipper cuts and personalized styling. On the color side, it offers lived-in color, dimensional blonding and vibrant color, along with keratin treatment, which smooths hair and softens frizz for weeks to months depending on the service. The studio works with a wide range of hair types and textures and gives particular attention to textured and curly hair.
Stylists focus on helping clients understand and look after their hair between visits, with unhurried appointments that leave room to plan a routine.
