Visits usually begin with a consultation. In-person consultations run 20 minutes and can be booked online or by phone, while virtual consultations are available through a form. New clients should add the New Guest add-on to their service to allow extra consultation time. Every appointment includes aromatherapy, a hot towel and the salon's signature shampoo, and lap blankets and smocks are provided, with colour warmed to body temperature.
