Treatments start with an assessment and a personalized plan. The menu includes a 60-minute New Client Facial, customized facials of 50 or 80 minutes, a Korean VTOX facial with a peptide-rich mask, and Kind Reset, an 80-minute session that combines dermaplaning, microchanneling and Aerolase laser with neck and chest included. Aerolase Pro-Aging Treatments are offered individually or as a series of four to six, depending on skin goals. A 10-minute Internal Insight Scan analyzes a hair sample for lifestyle, environmental and stress factors that may affect the skin, and a test kit is sent after booking and payment.
For acne, the salon offers a consultation of 45 minutes or more to help choose between two programs. The Acne Clearing Program uses customized skincare, lifestyle guidance and in-office treatments without medication, which may include enzymes, LED light therapy and light chemical peels. The program requires purchase of professional products when it is deemed a good fit. The salon says clear skin usually takes around 3 months, with complete clearing taking 3 to 12 months depending on severity. The Virtual Acne Program offers remote coaching, a customized home care routine shipped after acceptance, bi-weekly check-ins and four months of unlimited text support. Policies are set out before a visit. Clients complete a questionnaire and forms ahead of time. New clients pay a $15 deposit, and the Internal Insight Scan requires a $130 deposit. A 50% cancellation fee is charged to the card on file for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. Two comfortable chairs in the treatment room are available for children who accompany clients. Products can be bought online, with free shipping on orders of $150 or more or local pickup at checkout, and some are password-protected for current clients only. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.
