Adult services are booked as reserved appointments. The Essential Escape ($135) runs 75 minutes, with about 55 minutes of treatment and relaxation plus a basic dry. The Signature Experience ($165) builds on that with a fuller set of steps, and the Luxury Ritual ($215) runs 125 minutes, with about 100 minutes of treatment and relaxation plus a basic dry.

The Signature Experience includes a Kimbella aroma ritual, a heated spa bed, a facial cleanse with face massage, a deep cleansing shampoo, scalp care, a warm hair steam and a heated eye mask. The Luxury Ritual adds a luxury facial, a hydrating facial mask, extended relaxation and a hot stone massage. Every appointment ends with a finishing dry, and guests do not need to wash their hair beforehand. An additional $15 hair fee may apply to extra long, thick or highly textured hair.

Kids services are for children 12 and under. Little Kimbella Essential ($115) is a 65-minute reserved appointment with about 45 minutes of treatment and relaxation plus a basic dry. Little Kimbella Signature ($150) and Little Kimbella Luxury ($195) are the next options up. A $15 fee applies to extra thick or extra long hair below mid-back. Children without an appointment are not permitted.

Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Sunday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Guests should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and arriving 15 minutes or more late counts as a no-show with the full reserved amount charged. Changes made more than 24 hours ahead carry no fee, changes within 24 hours may be charged 50 percent, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100 percent. Services are not offered to guests with hair extensions still in, which must be removed before booking, or to guests with open scalp wounds. Phones are asked to be silenced on arrival, and only scheduled guests are allowed in treatment areas unless arranged in advance.
