Visits often begin with an in-depth consultation, which can be done by phone, video, text or in person. Prices depend on hair length and thickness, so clients contact the salon for a quote. Professional products are used throughout, and clients are shown how to care for and style their hair at home.

Extension work is a major part of the menu. Options include sew-ins with a leave-out, closure and frontal installs, glue-based pronto and quick weave styles, and tape-ins. Many services can be done with the client's own hair, and the salon also sells bundles, clip-ins and tape-ins in lengths from 12 to 30 inches.

The salon's booking policies are firm. Payment cards are held for a single appointment and not saved for later charges. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the service; later cancellations are charged 50 percent of the scheduled cost, and a cancellation fee can be charged up to 14 days after the appointment.
