Neurotoxin treatments use Botox, Dysport or Xeomin, which the practice describes as FDA-approved. Vascular reduction includes sclerotherapy, in which a sclerosing solution is injected into spider veins and small varicose veins. Treated veins fade over several weeks, with best results usually within a few months, and maintenance treatments may be recommended for new veins. Compression stockings or bandages may be advised afterward. The practice also offers B-12 shots and tattoo removal.
