Hand services range from a quick express manicure with shaping, cuticle care and polish to a deluxe version with an exfoliating scrub, hand massage and mask. There is also an all natural spa manicure made with natural ingredients and essential oils, without artificial dyes or fragrances, plus a hot oil manicure and a fiber gel option with keratin. Pedicures include an express waterless option, spa and gel versions, a paraffin wax pedicure, and a deluxe pedicure with a mud mask and hot towel. Dazzle Dry polish is available for both manicures and pedicures; it dries in about five minutes without UV or LED light and can be removed with regular polish remover. The salon describes Dazzle Dry as free from harmful chemicals, non-toxic and vegan.

Gel-X soft gel extensions are offered in several lengths, using pre-formed tips applied with gel adhesive and cured under LED or UV light. Hard gel fills and overlays are also available. For nail art, four tiers run from simple designs such as polka dots, stickers or French tips, up to hand-drawn or highly detailed work. Removal options cover gel polish, Gel-X sets applied by the salon, and enhancements applied elsewhere.

Appointments are made online through GlossGenius. Clients arriving 10 minutes late are charged a $10 late fee, and those arriving 20 minutes late have their appointment cancelled and must rebook. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, otherwise a 20% fee applies, and no-shows without that notice are charged 20% of the scheduled service. Children under 12 may be in the salon only while being serviced and with an adult. Pets, including service animals, are not allowed. Cash, credit or debit cards, Cash App and Apple Pay are accepted. Gift card sales are final, and refunds are considered case by case at the owner's discretion.

The work centers on nail health and on turning clients' own design ideas into finished nails, including custom designs built from a client's vision.
