The menu covers gel manicures and custom nail art, gel removal and soak-off, Gel-X and hard gel extensions, hard gel overlays and fills, and repairs. A standard gel manicure includes nail prep, cuticle care, shaping and one single-color gel application. Custom looks such as cat eye, chrome, french, aura, ombre and magnetic gel are not part of that service and are booked separately.
Once a time slot is reserved it is held for that client alone. A $40 deposit secures a gel manicure and is credited toward the final balance on the day of service. Appointments can be rescheduled within 30 days. Cancellations made more than two hours after booking forfeit the deposit as a cancellation fee, though in an emergency the deposit may instead be applied as credit toward the next visit.
Removal policies are set out in advance. An outside removal fee applies when the current nails were done at another salon, and a $15 gel removal fee applies when moving from hard gel or Gel-X to a regular gel manicure. Hard gel cannot be soaked off, so it is maintained with fills and removed separately.
Appointment-only booking with set rules on deposits, rescheduling, and removals, so each visit is planned in advance.
