Eyebrow threading is offered at all four salons, and the rest of the menu varies by location. San Ramon offers threading, microblading, waxing and facials. Blackhawk offers threading, microblading and waxing. Hayward and Danville offer threading, microblading, facials, waxing and henna tattoos. Makeup is available for proms, photoshoots, nights out and other special occasions, and bridal and bridesmaid packages include coordinated looks for the wedding party.

Facial clients are asked to arrive with a clean face free of makeup. Threading and waxing clients are asked not to exfoliate the area for 24 hours beforehand. Clients running late are asked to call, since significantly late arrivals may need to be rescheduled. Allergies and skin conditions can be listed on the booking form, and a waiver can be signed in advance.

The salon says it has been nominated for Best of Bay several times as a professional beauty salon in the San Ramon Valley, and describes itself as the top beauty provider in San Ramon. Hours differ by location. San Ramon and Danville are open Monday to Friday 10AM to 7PM, Saturday 10AM to 6PM and Sunday 11AM to 5PM. Hayward is open Monday to Saturday 10AM to 7PM and Sunday 11AM to 5PM. Blackhawk is open Tuesday to Friday 10AM to 6PM and Saturday 10AM to 5PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
