Kidz Cuts & Waves has operated since 1987 and aims to serve every member of a family, from young children to grandparents.

Services are grouped into a kids price list for ages 17 and under, an adult price list, and a men's price list. Adults can book blow-dries, braids, styling and haircuts, and men can book haircuts, buzz cuts, beard line-ups, straight razor shaves and combined haircut and shave packages.

Booking is by phone at 661-253-0355 only, not online. The salon has two lines and says it is often busy, so callers may need to be patient. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm, with the salon closed Sunday and Monday. Prices include a 3% credit card processing fee, which can be avoided by paying with debit, cash, Venmo or Zelle. Staff schedules may change on occasion.
