Janita Wells owns the business and does the cutting herself. Each appointment runs 20 minutes. The first haircut package adds a keepsake certificate, a hair snip and a balloon, and for a first cut the child's hair should be clean and combed out beforehand.

Bookings can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later for totals from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.

The business is open Wednesday through Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. A 100% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment, and any fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
