Classes run 45 minutes and are grouped by age. Music is open from newborns up and features a live band. Gym classes start at 6 months and use obstacle courses, giant blocks, a Tumbl Trak and indoor swings. Art and dance are for children from 18 months, with giant paper painting and sculpture projects in art and guided warm-ups, solos and music exploration in dance. STEM is for children from 2 years and covers a weekly science unit. Teachers are called play professionals; they are early childhood specialists or artists and musicians. The company says its class designs are created by early childhood experts.

Kidville University is the signature preschool alternative program for 2-year-olds, offered in fall and winter. The Upper West Side location also lists KVU Prep for children before age 2 and KVU Grad. Camp Kidville is a summer day camp for children 18 months to 5 years. It is indoors and play-based, with daily gym, music, art, STEM and dance activities, more than 20 rotating weekly themes, small groups and schedules arranged around available dates. Montclair offers camp on Tuesday/Thursday or Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedules.

Birthday parties last 90 minutes and include a party planner, a private party space, a themed activity, an art table with a take-home project, gym time, pizza and drinks, a personalized cake and party favors. Classic and Deluxe Party Packages are offered, with the Deluxe package including a Kidville Jumpy Castle and more children and party leaders. Sixteen-plus themes are available, with recommended ages from one year up to five and older. The company says it was named one of Parents magazine's ten best birthday party places. Party packages and pricing vary by location.

Memberships come in Single Class, Double Class and Unlimited Class levels, with playspace visits included. Memberships include birthday party credit and are billed monthly by auto-pay with a three-month minimum. A sibling can be added to any level. New families can take a first visit for free and claim a free trial class. Parents can log in to see class schedules, account details, playspace hours and upcoming events. Monthly member events include seasonal celebrations such as New Year's Eve balloon drops and Halloween.
