Nail services cover structured gel manicures, full coverage and sculpted extensions, and enhancement removal, which is open to new clients or anyone with sets from another technician. Dip or acrylic removal must be booked with the appointment before a new set. Repairs are available for up to two or up to four damaged nails; more than four means booking a full set.

Massage is offered as customized sessions of one, one and a half, or two hours, plus a one-hour pre-natal massage that uses a pregnancy pillow system for positioning. A 15-minute hand and forearm massage can be added for $20. Nail art add-ons come in three tiers, from multi-color and chrome work up to double French, characters and encapsulation designs.

Concierge visits bring the service to the client's location for a $50 travel fee. Clients cover any paid parking or valet, provide a chair for nail services, and need a room that fits a 7-foot massage table and a stool.

Cancellations or rescheduling need 24 hours' notice; cancelling within 24 hours carries a 50% fee, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full cost of the service. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, and clients should call or text if running late. Cash, card, Venmo and Apple Pay or Cash are accepted, and gratuity is appreciated but not expected. Studio hours are Monday 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
