Services center on microlocs, braidlocs and twistlocs, with or without added extensions, plus retightening for locs already in place. The studio welcomes people starting locs as well as those who already wear them and want help with upkeep.
Every installation begins with a consultation. An in-person visit costs $25, and a virtual consultation is free and offered daily. Consultation quotes are estimates valid for seven days, and the final price is set once the hair is measured on arrival. Clients book by calling or texting, and a deposit secures the date and time and goes toward the service.
Policies are firm. Deposits and consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and services are non-refundable. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice to keep the deposit for one reschedule, and no-shows lose the deposit and cannot book again. If the business cancels, clients may take a full refund or move to a new date with the same deposit. Clients may request a silent appointment with music and no conversation beyond the service. Payment is accepted through Apple Pay and Zelle, and any repairs needed during a service lengthen the appointment and add to the cost.
