Highlight and balayage services are priced by their technique and include a finished style: partial highlights, colormelts, full head highlights, bleachouts, micro highlights and ombre or balayage work, each with its own starting price and appointment length. Color services are priced from a set base starting price, and the final cost depends on how much product is used.

Treatments include Brazilian Blowout, which is aimed at frizz and can keep curls, and a B3 conditioner treatment. Shampoo and style appointments are also available.

The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 3:30 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. A valid credit card must be kept on file to book. Changes must be made 48 to 72 hours before the appointment, and cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up results in the card being charged the full scheduled service. A no-show fee applies after 15 minutes without a call or text. Clients without a card can pay a deposit by Zelle, Venmo or Cash App, which goes toward the final total. Extension appointments need deposits for both the hair and the appointment hold. If a client is not happy with the final look, adjustments are offered within 2 weeks of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
