The business presents its treatments as a self-care experience. Packages are paid in full before they are placed on the schedule, and a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the service cost is due at booking. That deposit is applied toward the total.

Clients receive a confirmation text with the business address 24 hours before their appointment, once the deposit is paid. Appointments can be rescheduled once using the same deposit. Any further changes require an additional deposit. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice.

Clients have a 10-minute grace period for lateness. After that, a $15.00 late fee applies. No-call, no-show bookings are charged the full service cost and the client is banned from booking. Booking means agreeing to the stated policies and terms.
