Color visits usually start with a consultation, a 15 to 30 minute conversation about hair goals that costs $15 and is recommended before any color service. Returning guests can book a global color or a global retouch. Highlight options include mini foil around the hairline and part, partial highlights for the face and crown, and full all-over blonding, each finished with a custom gloss, a haircut and styling. Partial and full highlight clients need to send inspiration photos 48 hours before the appointment, or the booking is canceled.

Haircuts also begin with a consultation, and that fee is applied to the service. The menu includes a signature cut with wash and style, a curly or transformation cut, a short or maintenance cut for pixie and clipper styles, and a quick bang trim.

Smoothing options come in two lengths. The Keratin Express Treatment is a shorter visit for touch-ups, taming flyaways or a first keratin treatment. The full Keratin Smoothing Service is a three hour appointment that reduces frizz and eases curl management, with a $50 deposit required. Key Blowout memberships give regular clients professional blowouts each month, with a VIP tier that adds priority booking and guaranteed appointments.

The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 12 PM to 8 PM and Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50 percent, and arrivals 15 or more minutes late are charged a 25 percent service fee at checkout. Repeat cancellations or reschedules lead to a nonrefundable deposit for future appointments and removal from online booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
