Online appointments can be booked or changed up to 180 days ahead. Cancelling less than 24 hours before an appointment carries an automatic 50% fee. Appointments outside scheduled hours, including Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and times before or after hours, carry a 20% surcharge, except during the November and December holiday schedules, and must be requested by text.
