Visits begin with observation and conversation: the practitioner looks at the skin, reviews concerns, history, sensitivity, comfort and goals, and then shapes the treatment during the appointment. Nothing is run from a fixed menu or standard protocol. Sensitive, red or dehydrated skin is handled conservatively and adjusted to what the skin tolerates that day. For new clients or anyone with several concerns, the 120-minute Bespoke Blueprint Facial is the usual starting point, combining a skin assessment, a customized facial, skincare education, samples and a written plan.

Options can include barrier-supportive facials, carefully chosen exfoliation, customized chemical peels, LED or recovery-focused treatments, and microneedling for suitable clients. Medical aesthetic treatments such as Carboxy CO2, RF Jet Plasma Lift and NanoNeedling are offered only after a discussion of skin, goals and treatment history, and some peels, scar and stretch mark work and skin tag removal require a consultation first.

Acne care is barrier-first: the skin's protective barrier is repaired before deeper treatments are added. Home care is built around YOUphoria Curative Skincare, the line Kerry Spindler founded, which the spa sells in person and through an online shop, along with gift cards that can be used toward treatments or products. Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, in medical treatment or recovering from a procedure are asked to say so before booking.
