Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice and count only when made by calling the salon where the appointment was booked. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows may be charged $45.00. No make-up appointments are offered after a no-show or missed appointment. Payment is accepted by Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and cash; personal checks are not accepted. Online bookings require a valid ID or the card used to book. Service concerns must be raised within 7 days of the appointment.
