Keratin treatments are offered for every hair type, including fine, thick, coarse, wavy, curly and straight, and for grey, blonde and color-treated hair. On curly, coily and wavy hair the treatment can define curls and reduce frizz. Clients who want silky straight hair can have their curl removed, and longer-term goals are discussed at consultation.

Most services take two hours or more, so clients are welcome to bring a book or laptop. Parking is behind the building and clients can use the back door. Hair should be free of oils and products beforehand, hair can be colored either before the treatment or about two weeks after, and a trim is recommended afterward. Aftercare involves sulfate-free and sodium-chloride-free shampoo and conditioner, avoiding saltwater and chlorine, and using heat protectant when styling.

Reservations require a $100 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total on the day of the appointment. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead let the deposit move to a new date, while later changes or a missed appointment forfeit it. Clients running late are asked to call or text, and a waitlist by text or email can notify them if an earlier appointment opens.

Treatments are built around each client's natural hair texture, with the formula personalized to the look wanted. According to the studio, its keratin treatments give results that home products cannot.
