Facials are built around a personalized consultation and a signature massage that combines lymphatic drainage and fascia release for the face, neck and upper chest. Keppe Signature can include cupping and gua sha and runs 75 minutes for $135 or 90 minutes for $160, with the longer version adding a foot and calf massage. Keppe Select is a 90-minute facial for $175 that adds Korean skincare products, advanced tools and modalities, and the signature massage, with no downtime afterward. Keppe Glow is a 30-minute enzyme treatment for $65 that works on texture and surface discoloration. Keppe Dermaplane is a 30-minute dermaplaning treatment with an AHA booster and a moisturizer for $65, and the studio does not recommend it for active acne, rosacea or sensitive skin.

The Keppe GetGlowing Peel is a 60-minute micro peel using the Elaine Brennan GetGlowing Micro Peel product, aimed at acne, discoloration, fine lines and environmental damage. It is usually recommended as a series of three to six treatments spaced two to six weeks apart. A single session is $150, a pack of three is $400 and a pack of six is $800. Mild shedding may happen over seven to ten days, usually peaking on day four or five. Facial treatments can be adjusted to follow pregnancy and oncology guidelines, and the studio lists contraindications such as active cold sores, contagious conditions, recent facial injectables or resurfacing, unstable blood pressure, fever and head lice.

Waxing uses a premium hypoallergenic wax that the studio says suits easily irritated or sensitive skin. Eyebrow wax is offered to established clients only and includes a consultation, measuring, trimming, waxing and tweezing in about 20 minutes. Lip wax takes about 10 minutes. Before a waxing visit, clients are asked to gently exfoliate the area two days ahead and to allow 14 days of growth, about one-eighth inch for facial waxing and one-quarter inch for body waxing. Waxing is not done on inflamed or irritated skin, sunburn, or areas with skin cancer or varicose veins, among other listed conditions.

All appointments are booked online, and each appointment is for one client so no one is rushed. Cancelling within 12 hours, not arriving, or arriving past the 10-minute grace period and not being served incurs a fee of half the session cost, which must be paid before the next booking or future appointments are placed on hold. Appointments can be cancelled through the link in the confirmation text, by email, or by texting the business phone line. Waxing clients may arrive up to five minutes late, and other services can accommodate arrivals up to 15 minutes after the start time as time allows.

The studio looks at skin as a whole, aiming to support its natural functions for visible, longer-lasting results. Products are chosen for efficacy, safety and performance, and only from brands the studio says meet its standards.
