Kennedy Skin Studio

Kennedy Skin Studio is run by its owner, Amy Kennedy, from a suite at 1508 Union Turnpike in North New Hyde Park. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 8 PM and is closed Tuesday and Friday. Appointments are booked online, and clients who cannot make a visit are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so they can reschedule.

The facial menu runs from a 45-minute back treatment to a 120-minute custom session. The 60-minute custom facial targets congestion, dryness or dullness with a double cleanse, exfoliation, steam, extractions, a custom mask and a scalp, neck and shoulder massage, and dermaplaning can be added. The 90-minute advanced version makes room for targeted add-ons such as microcurrent, oxygen, carboxy therapy, peptide lifting or a superficial peel. The studio presents its two-hour custom facial as its most complete option, combining advanced modalities with extended facial massage, the Face Sculpt Method and lymphatic drainage.

Skin treatments include a chemical peel, liquid microneedling and traditional microneedling. Peels are chosen for depth based on the skin concern and come with skincare for home use. Clients stop retinol and exfoliating products 7 days beforehand and can expect peeling 3 to 7 days afterward. Microneedling is done after numbing and includes a post-treatment kit, with about a week of downtime and the same retinol and exfoliation pause beforehand. Liquid microneedling uses marine-mineral spicules applied without a device or needles, and the studio does not recommend it for sensitive or rosacea-prone skin. Peels and both microneedling services are not offered to first-time clients.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount. Gift card sales are final.
