Brow appointments begin with mapping, then shaping with hard or soft wax chosen to suit the client. Brow options include a basic shape, a shape with tint, a lamination for a natural and fuller look, and a lamination with tint and shape that can be done natural or bolder.

The facial menu includes On the Glow Facial, which covers cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, gua sha, scalp massage and finishing products, along with the Back Glow Up Facial that adds a blemish spot treatment and the Golden Hour Glow Facial that adds aromatherapy, light therapy and oxygen. Dermaplaning and zero-downtime peels are also offered, and red light therapy is available.

Lash services include Korean lash lifts and lash tinting. The Korean lash lift formula is recommended about every six weeks and is paired with an aftercare serum, and the business says it uses gentle products for lash care.

The KE Member program lets clients who pre-book any service each month save 20 percent on all services. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable but count toward the appointment total, and can be moved to a new date if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A 10-minute grace period applies. The studio is open Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 7:30 PM, and is closed on weekends.
