Visits are by appointment only, booked by calling or texting (321) 682-7189 or emailing kenessiwaxstudio@gmail.com. On arrival, clients wait in the lobby and staff come to collect them. Waxing is speed waxing: intimate areas use alternating soft and hard wax, while other body areas use soft strip wax. A Brazilian takes about 10 to 15 minutes, and clients should allow about 20 minutes in total including dressing and checkout. Prices include gratuity, and tips are not accepted. Clients may be waxed during their menstrual cycle, with a tampon or menstrual cup recommended beforehand. The studio says it follows strict disinfection and sanitation standards.
Intimate Brightening is a hyperpigmentation treatment for the vaginal and bikini area, the anal area, underarms and inner thighs. The formula includes lactic acid, mandelic acid and licorice extract. A personalized plan is set at the first appointment. Results can take a few sessions and vary from client to client. The studio usually recommends an average of three sessions, then one treatment every three months to maintain results. Packages include three treatments and a homecare kit, and individual sessions are also available.
Hours are Monday 10am to 6pm, Wednesday 10am to 5pm, Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday 10am to 4pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm; the studio is closed Tuesday and Sunday. Clients should be in the treatment room within 5 minutes of their appointment time or the booking is cancelled and charged in full. Changes to date, time or services need 24 hours' notice, with a 20% fee for same-day time changes. Cancellations under 24 hours are charged the full scheduled services, and reminder texts go out 24 hours ahead. Children may stay in the treatment room if they sit quietly, while other guests wait in the lobby.
