The menu is grouped into braids, kids braids, locs and twists. Braid options include knotless braids, feed-in stitch braids, tribal Fulani and lemonade styles, pony tails, miracle knots and quickweave or sewin installs. Boho knotless and twist bob styles use a boho curl effect, and invisible and boho island twists are offered as twist options. Kids braids are for ages 4 to 11, with natural braids without added weave and a version with weave added. Locs services include soft locs, micro locs and twists retightening, and loc maintenance with retwist, with or without styling. A portfolio of braids, twists, locs and kids styles is shown on the site. Clients can also request a style not listed by texting a photo or messaging on Instagram.

Most services include all braiding hair, in colors 1, 1b, 2, 4, 27 and 30, and clients may bring a different color. Crochet human hair for Miracle Knots is supplied by the client, four packs in total. Butt length is included in all services, and longer lengths are discussed before booking.

Booking requires a deposit, which is non-refundable, and instructions arrive by text after booking. Payment is taken in cash at the appointment, and Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm are not accepted unless agreed in advance. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 8 AM to 9 PM and Friday and Saturday 8 AM to 9:30 PM, with Monday, Tuesday and Sunday closed.

To prepare, clients should arrive with hair washed and blow dried, avoiding heavy oils, and a small amount of heat protectant is fine. No extra guests are allowed at appointments. Children come alone, and a parent may check in on comfort and safety but must leave until the service is done. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late add a $15 fee to the final balance, and appointments are cancelled without refund if a client is more than 20 minutes late and has not communicated. Rescheduling needs 24 hours notice to keep the deposit for 30 days, and appointments more than 30 days out require a new deposit.
