Model sets come with 48-hour protection, repairs after that window are charged, and model sets allow one color choice with no design selection.

Booking has a few rules to know. A $0.01 hold is required to secure the appointment time. Late arrivals are charged $5 after 10 minutes and $10 after 20 minutes, and arriving 30 minutes late or more is treated as a cancellation with 50% of the service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled total unless there is a true emergency, and clients who may need to cancel are asked to contact the business as early as possible. Fill-in appointments for builder and hard gel must be within 3 weeks of the last set.

Retail orders can be shipped by local delivery, USPS, or UPS within the USA, usually within 5 business days, and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. All sales are final and returns are not accepted. Exchanges start through the contact form, and store credit is offered for defective or faulty items.
