Color services range from root refreshes and allover color that covers grey at the roots and refreshes the ends, to custom medium blonding, full custom highlights and a low-maintenance blonde package that includes blonding, gloss and a repair treatment. A hair color transformation, moving from blonde to dark or dark to blonde, may take two or more sessions and needs a consultation before booking. A free 30-minute consultation is recommended before a first color appointment.

Treatments include a red light therapy session, a deep conditioning treatment that can be added to other services, and Keratin Express. Curl or flat iron styling can be added to any service, and blow dries include a wash.

For weddings, the salon offers onsite styling by consultation, with pricing varying by location, along with children's, standard and bridal updos. A trial run before the wedding day is recommended for bridal updos.

The salon's policies ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel. Cancellations without that notice, no-shows and repeated cancellations are charged 50 percent, and same-day cancellations are charged in full. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
