Services are priced by the hour, and the booked time is meant to cover everything needed to reach the client's goal, with no hidden fees or add-on charges. The appointment length may be adjusted after the consultation if more or less time is needed. Tipping is neither expected nor accepted.
Lopes trained in Brazil in Art Visage, the hair visagism method developed by Ilda Guimarães. The consultation uses magnifying lenses to study the pupil, color drapes and natural hair swatches to help choose a color and cut. It does not cover seasonal palettes or wardrobe color advice, and clients are asked to arrive without makeup.
The salon puts long-term hair health and integrity ahead of quick trends, and chooses products and coloring methods with protection and strength in mind.

Blonding appointments run about 2 hours 30 minutes or more and include soft balayage, partial highlights, full foil highlights and face-framing highlights, with a toner and a mask if needed.
