Kel's cutting work includes short razor cuts and long, gradual layering. On the color side, the work centers on natural-looking blondes, grey coverage, modern foil techniques and larger color transformations. Services also include root retouches, gloss, glaze and toner, and a Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment, with prices that vary by hair length and amount of product.

Booking is done online through the GlossGenius booking page, or by calling or texting 904-476-7422 to talk through hair goals. Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, with Wednesday and Sunday closed. A 50% cancellation fee applies to missed appointments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

For last-minute needs, the Get Me In service covers special events or emergencies and is booked by texting the number above. A $40 after-hours charge is added to that service. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
