Bookings start by texting 737-717-7657, since phone calls are not taken. A $25 non-refundable deposit holds the appointment and must be sent within 24 hours of booking, or the appointment is cancelled.

The menu is organized under Braids and runs from short add-on lengths to full styles. Quick options include butt-length and below-butt-length braids, while feed-in styles range from 6 to 20 braids. Knotless styles come in large, medium, small and small-medium sizes, and the menu also includes tribal braids with knotless, knee-length braids and 36-inch soft locs. Hair is included in the price for all styles, and for boho styles 100% human hair is used.

Appointment times are estimates, because braiding time cannot be fixed in advance. Clients are asked to book on a day they are free. Listed durations range from 15 minutes for butt-length braids to 6 hours for small knotless braids. Clients can add extra length as an add-on when booking and should note their hair color preference in the appointment notes. Clients are also asked to mention any hair breakage, thin edges or scalp conditions when booking.

Hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 10:00am to 4:00pm, and closed Sunday. Clients have a 15-minute grace period. After that a $15 late fee applies, and the appointment is cancelled after 20 minutes. Cancellations should be made 24 to 48 hours ahead. Clients who do not call and do not show up are banned from booking again. An after-hours fee of $40 applies, and same-day squeeze-ins are $75.
