Booking requires a $20 nonrefundable deposit per service, with the balance paid by cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo or Cash App. A late fee applies when clients arrive 9 or more minutes after their appointment time. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead, and extra guests are not allowed.
Some services need hair to grow first. Eyebrow Shaping needs up to 3 weeks of brow growth, and Full Leg Wax needs 2 to 3 weeks. Clients are asked to stop AHA, BHA, retinol and tropical skincare products 5 to 7 days before Eyebrow Shaping or Full Face Wax, and to keep nostrils clear before a Nose Wax.
