Boho braids are offered as knotless styles in small, medium and large sizes with curly pieces, and a Boho Bob is listed in small and medium part sizes. Fulani braids pair feed-in braids at the front with knotless braids at the back, in three sizes. Plain knotless braids are also offered in small, medium and large. Hybrid sew-ins combine a sew-in with braids, including Cassie Braids, Jayda Wayda Braids, and a hybrid with small knotless braids.

Weaves are done as quick weaves or traditional sew-ins, using a weaving cap and minimal leave-out. Hair is not supplied for weaves and sew-ins. Clients who want to buy virgin hair bundles text the stylist first to confirm curl pattern, length and availability.

Every appointment includes a detoxifying shampoo and conditioner, except stitch styles, which need a wash booked as an add-on. Clients should arrive with clean, detangled, blown-out hair unless they add a wash, and hair must be at least 4 inches long all around. A 30-minute consultation costs $50 and covers scalp analysis, density, a length check and style guidance before a first appointment.

A non-refundable deposit is applied to the final total. Changes are not allowed on the day of an appointment, and booked styles cannot be modified. Rescheduling is done online at least 24 hours ahead. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may be canceled, and no-call no-shows are charged the full remaining balance. Appointments outside normal hours carry a $200 fee. The business does not service children under 12, and only clients receiving services may be in the salon. Filming needs permission first. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday and Sunday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 7 PM, with Sundays by appointment only.
