The studio says it wants to be a comfortable, private and judgement-free place to visit. Its stated aim is smooth results that last, with comfort, cleanliness and client confidence kept at the center of each visit.
Before a visit, clients are asked to let hair grow to about two weeks after their last shave, roughly the length of a grain of rice. Skin should be exfoliated and hydrated at least 24 hours ahead, kept free of tanning and sun for a day either side, and left clean and product-free on arrival. Clients who will be more than 10 minutes late are asked to let the studio know. Deposits are taken when booking, and cancellations made in advance carry no fee, while a no-show is charged. Clients under 18 need a signed Parental Consent Form at a first visit, and those under 16 need a parent on the premises during the appointment. Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted, and extra guests are allowed.
