The menu is grouped into brows, lashes and waxing. Brow services include shaping by soft wax after a consultation on the desired shape, semi-permanent tinting for fine or light-colored brow hair, and lamination that sets brow hairs in a fluffy or sleek look and fills in sparse areas, lasting about six to eight weeks. Brow waxing, tinting and lamination can be combined into bundles. The lash menu has a lash lift that uses a perm to curl lashes, with lash tinting included. Waxing runs from quick facial areas such as lip, chin and nose up to full legs, full back, full arms and complete Brazilian packages. A Vajacial is offered for the bikini area, with a gentle cleanse, light exfoliation, warm steam towels and a hydrating jelly sheet mask, meant to calm irritation and help with ingrown hairs.

Hard wax is used for Brazilian and bikini services, and soft wax for most body and facial work. Brazilian and full body waxes are finished with Lady Peng's Agent 88 and Bushbalm's ingrown hair oil. Many facial and body services are followed by a witch hazel compress, moisturizer and SPF. A jelly sheet mask can be added to Brazilian services to soothe irritation and hydrate the skin.

Booking requires a card on file. Three consent forms are emailed after booking and must be read, completed and signed before the appointment date. Clients are asked to mention any allergies, medications or acne treatments to their esthetician. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment, and later changes count as a no-show. There is a five-minute grace period for lateness, and clients should let the studio know if they will be late. Hours are Monday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Thursday 8:00 am to 11:00 am and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The studio is closed Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. eGift cards are sold in amounts of $20, $50, $75 and $100, or a custom amount.

The studio uses hard wax for intimate areas and soft wax for most body and facial work, and finishes services with soothing products to care for the skin afterward.
