KC Salon Suites Conyers

KC Salon Suites is built around a simple arrangement: a beauty professional rents a private, fully enclosed suite and operates it as their own business. The company's stated mission is to give clients a more intimate salon experience while creating business opportunities for established beauty professionals. Renters keep all of their profits, set their own prices and policies, and control their own schedules and hours.

Each suite comes with an oversized mirror, a sink or shampoo bowl and storage cabinets. Renters can have the walls professionally painted in a color of their choosing, may sell retail products, may play their own music, and can otherwise personalize the space. All utilities and free Wi-Fi are included in the rent.

The buildings have on-site facilities and maintenance technicians, professional cleaning of common areas, 24-hour access with secure entry, and concierge laundry and trash service. An on-site service store, ATMs and vending machines are also available. The company offers mentorship and a shadow experience for those who want to learn the arrangement before committing.

Prospective renters can schedule a private tour by phone or through the website. Tours are free at the Conyers, Newnan and Sharpsburg locations; the Conyers tour runs about 30 minutes, and the Newnan and Sharpsburg tours run about 15 minutes.

The business's stated mission is to offer clients a more intimate salon experience and to create business opportunities for established beauty professionals.

The business describes its suites as mini upscale salons, each one private and enclosed.
