The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 9 PM, Wednesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and closed Sundays.

The salon's cancellation policy charges 50% of the scheduled services for same-day cancellations, with emergencies excluded from the charge.
