Appointments are private and one-on-one. Services are designed with the health of the natural nail in mind as well as the finished look, and the salon offers a Bio Sculpture Gel manicure, which the brand lists as officially certified.
The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and is closed Tuesday and Sunday. Clients book by text message rather than by phone, and a credit card on file holds each appointment. Nothing is charged unless a client no-shows or cancels late. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 95% of the service amount, and arriving late means the full amount is charged even if the service is not completed. Appointments more than 15 minutes late are cancelled and charged in full. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
