Each style has a full set price and fill prices for one, two and three weeks, with Volume priced slightly higher than the other two styles at every interval.
A full set appointment takes about three hours from arrival to finish. Fills are typically needed every two to three weeks, depending on the lash style, aftercare and how quickly natural lashes grow, and are generally booked for two weeks after the appointment. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and clean lashes, with all eye makeup removed, and to skip mascara. Guests are not permitted to come along to appointments.
Add-on and removal services are also available, including a lash bath and brush, standard lash extension removal, a removal add-on and foreign removal. Beverages are offered to clients after their appointment. Lashes can get wet right away, with no waiting period, and clients may swim in the ocean, use a sauna and exercise after services.
Appointments that start more than 15 minutes late must be rescheduled, and the full appointment price is charged. Hours vary by day: Monday 11:00am to 7:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am to 3:00pm, Thursday and Friday 1:00pm to 6:00pm, Saturday 12:00pm to 6:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm. The studio is closed on Wednesdays.
