Services are grouped into acrylic sets and overlays, French tips, nail art and freestyle designs, natural nail care, pedicures, and soak-offs. Acrylic full sets start at $60 and take 120 minutes or more. Signature Acrylic Overlay is applied directly over natural nails without tips and can be sculpted into a full-looking set. Clean French Tips start at $85, and Rhinestone French Tips start at $150. Freestyle designs are priced by level, from Birthday Freestyle at $125 to Creative Freestyle at $200, which includes detailed art or 3D sculpted pieces. Short sets include most designs for a set price, and several packages include a free fourth set.

For younger clients, the studio offers Little Luxe Acrylics for ages 7-10 and Little Luxe Natural Nails for the same age group. It takes 90 minutes and costs $100, and it drops by $20 when booked with acrylic toes. Other pedicures include the Essential Glow and the Rose and Citrus Luxe.

Memberships and bundles are available for regular clients, including monthly and yearly French tip plans and a Freestyle Friday plan. There are also Mother Daughter and Valentine's Couples bundles. Appointments are private and one-on-one, and extra guests need approval. Opening hours are Tuesday to Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday 9 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 7:30 PM. The studio is closed on Sunday and Monday. Additional fees apply to after-hours, early-bird, and Sunday or Monday bookings. House calls are available within 25 miles for a $40 travel fee.

The studio also runs classes for people who want to learn nail work. These include a one-on-one Beginner Nail Class, a French Tip Class for those who already know how to lay and smooth acrylic, a Nail Art Class with a press-on kit, and a Watch, Learn, Questions session in which a client observes one appointment and asks questions about it. Policies are firm: services are final sale, deposits are non-refundable, and there are late fees and cancellation charges.
