KB Skin Studio is a skincare and sugaring studio in downtown Edmond, led by owner Kasey Bene’. The studio describes itself as downtown Edmond's finest skincare and sugaring studio. Its menu covers facials, skin treatments, sugaring and waxing, lash and brow services, and massage.

Facials are customized to each client's skin type and condition. They generally include deep pore cleansing, steam, hot towels, exfoliation, extractions if wanted, a mask, massage, serums and moisturizer. A teen facial for clients under 18 is shorter and omits massage, but still includes a deep cleanse, gentle extractions when needed, and products suited to young skin. Express versions of several treatments are available for shorter visits.

Sugaring is the studio's specialty, with Brazilian and full body sugaring at the center of the menu. It removes hair using a paste made only of sugar, water and lemon, applied at body temperature. Clients are advised to book about seven days after their last shave. Waxing is also offered, using a high-quality wax.

Broadway Wellness Studio, owned by Anne Patterson, operates inside KB Skin Studio. Custom massage sessions run 30, 60, 75 or 90 minutes, starting at $55 for 30 minutes and reaching $135 for 90 minutes. Prenatal massage is offered in 60 and 75 minute sessions priced at $100 and $120. All massages include aromatherapy and steam towels. The massage studio is open Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half of the reserved service amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. For appointments booked within 24 hours, cancelling within four hours of the appointment time is charged half. Studio gift cards can be bought in person, online, or by phone for on-site pickup. They do not expire, cannot be combined with other promotions, and can be gift wrapped on site. Massages are not included in studio gift cards, which are purchased separately through the massage section of the website or picked up on site.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin type and concerns, and the studio's skin care team works with the massage therapist to plan care.
