Services fall into signature facials, advanced treatments, an acne program and add-ons. Signature facials range from a 45-minute teen facial and a 60-minute relaxation facial to 70- to 90-minute facials that include steam, extractions when needed, custom masks and LED light therapy.

The Face Reality Acne Program pairs in-studio treatments with a customized home care routine and ongoing check-ins, so plans can be adjusted over time. The business describes the program as award-winning. New clients can book a consultation and treatment, and the studio also sells cleansers, toners, moisturizers, serums, masks and sunscreens, with a free product pickup option.

Hours are Tuesday from 12 PM to 8 PM and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM; the studio is closed Mondays and Thursdays. Online booking is available. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice. A credit card is required to book a new client appointment but is not charged at booking. Clients may arrive up to 20 minutes late, but appointments are not extended. Clients are asked to pause retinols and exfoliating acids 2 to 3 days before a visit and to avoid heat, sweating and sun for 24 to 48 hours afterward.

Treatments are personalized, with the goal of teaching clients enough about their skin to care for it between appointments. The studio values skin education and steady progress over perfection.
