Brow sculpting includes brow mapping and waxing, with tinting available as an add-on and a tweezing option for existing clients. Brow lamination uses a keratin-infused formula to set brow hairs in place. The business says its lamination is hypoallergenic, suitable for sensitive skin and does not cause breakage. Lamination lasts six to eight weeks depending on hair growth, and tint lasts two to three weeks depending on skin, lifestyle and aftercare. Brow sculpting is not offered to clients taking acne medication.

Lash Botox is a four-step treatment that lifts lashes from the base and lasts six to eight weeks. Eye contact lenses cannot be worn during the treatment.

Waxing is offered for any body part, from small areas such as lip, chin and sideburns to full legs, full arms and full back. Brazilian waxing removes all hair from the area and includes the butt strip. Most waxing services need two to three weeks of hair growth.

Appointments are booked through the online booking page. The studio is open Tuesday to Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:30 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and is closed on Mondays. The business also runs KBLB Brow Training, with sessions scheduled two weeks in advance. Applicants are asked whether they hold a cosmetology license, an esthetician license, are in beauty school, or none of these.
