Hair is the core of the menu. A women's haircut takes 50 minutes and includes a blow dry and style, and a children's haircut for ages 8 and under takes 30 minutes. Color ranges from an all-over darker shade applied from scalp to ends to root touch-ups, with a root touch-up and haircut option for roots coming in lighter or for gray coverage. Highlighting comes in partial and full versions, and an on-scalp bleach and tone is offered for clients who have previously gone blonde all over. Solid blonde can be achieved with an all-over lightening service, also called global lightening or platinum. A toner with blow dry is available to cancel unwanted tones such as yellow or brassiness.

Beyond hair, the salon offers scalp treatments with or without a blow dry, conditioning treatments, updo and event styling, and keratin smoothing. Esthetic services include brow tinting and waxing, lash tinting and lash lifts, a 60-minute signature facial, an acne facial, and a full range of body and face waxing. Sew-in extension move-ups are offered in three options.

Clients who are unsure what they need can book a consultation to talk through their goals. Consultations are required before keratin treatments, perms and extensions, and a separate short consultation is needed before a first keratin smoothing or a vivid color. The business notes that cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged the full service fee to the card on file, and that no-call no-shows are charged the same way. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are asked to rebook, with all fees paid before rebooking. The business reserves the right to refuse service.
