Booking terms ask clients to sign that they have read the policies before booking. Deposits apply only to same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules and no-shows, and rescheduling before the original date carries no fee. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period. Allergies should be noted in booking details, and the business does not cover medical fees. Extra guests at the home location need advance approval. Payments are non-refundable and cannot be disputed once received. Repairs for broken gems, crystals, chipped polish and cracked or broken nails are free within 7 days of the appointment.
Press-on orders need an accurate address, ID verification and hand photos before work begins, and should be placed three to five business days before delivery. Clients pay shipping for orders sent in and out of state. The site has a gallery of client designs, including seasonal and holiday sets.
